I may have a solution for you, but we do not have any 12" trailer wheels with a metric bolt pattern. However, typically trailer hubs will have a standard bolt pattern that is measured in inches, so a standard 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern wheel should work for you. I will link an article on how to measure the bolt pattern on your wheel if you cannot find it anywhere on your hubs or current wheels.
